Our return policy allows you a generous 30 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We want to ensure that every item we receive back is in pristine condition, ready to be loved by someone else. Remember to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as it will be required to process your return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, so it's essential to follow our return process.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we urge you to contact us immediately. We are committed to making things right and will evaluate the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. For those in the European Union, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. Just like our standard policy, items must be in their original condition, and proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
